Engineer by training, economist by curiosity, owner by temperament.
I graduated as an electrical engineer from the Technical University of Budapest in 1991. Science, engineering and technology have supported me ever since – but I have always felt the urge to explore beyond them. Hence the economics degree and the MBA. And, for the record, a qualification in the certification of precious stones: I like determining value.
I spent the first two decades of my career in large organisations – in director positions at Magyar Telekom and T-Systems, then as sales director at BKV. I saw every side of business: B2C marketing, B2B pre-sales and sales, product development, project and programme management.
Then I wanted to build. With a few talented people we developed a company in the energy sector, and I founded and ran its German subsidiary in Munich. After that I spent five and a half years as CEO of MA-Coding, a custom software company. We grew from fewer than 10 to 60 people, and from HUF 430 million revenue in 2020 to HUF 1.6 billion in 2024 – with an EBITDA well above the sector average, in an ultra-flat organisation built on trust, empowerment and open communication.
Since 2026 I work independently as a business development lead – on a fractional basis – and, when a project needs it, as a hands-on project manager. I help owner-led / short-decision-chain technology companies turn advanced technology into revenue. Here is how.

Off the clock
Contemporary literature, preferably ironic and stylistically ambitious, in Hungarian and English. Art history – the Pre-Raphaelites in particular, a small band of rebels who out-painted an entire Academy. A garden that never quite follows the plan. And electric cars, mostly on long trips.
